My husband has recently confided in me that he has been using a dating service. This shocked me, why on earth would you be using a dating service if you are already committed into a relationship. He had said that he wasn't happy and that he wanted a divorce. Imagine the heartbreak of those words and they sunk into my brain. I couldn't believe it, he was asking me for a divorce. How could he do this to me. Yes, we have had a little trouble in our marriage and we have gone to counseling for it, but I did not know that he felt so strongly about ending the relationship. In a way, I knew deep in my heart that it was going to happen but didn't think it was going to be ended like this.

He had told me that he had met a stunning beautiful woman and was moving out. Um, excuse me, but shouldn't you get through a relationship that you are already involved in before you start seeing someone else? He is shallow and I do feel sorry for the woman that he is seeing. He is no prize if this is how he takes care of his mate. To dump me right then and there, and move right into another relationship is just crazy.

He had told me that he had a brief encounter with this woman and he says that he is in love. I think that he is in love with himself and nothing more. He is a very self-centered person and I'm glad to get rid of him. Yes of course I will need time to grieve, but really if this is how he is going to act then there really isn't anything to grieve about, he isn't worth it. He can take his beautiful woman he found out on a date and sit and stroke her hair and whisper in her ear all he wants, I dont' care. All this from a dating service that he has been using for 1 month.

I can't imagine using a dating service when you are in a relationship already, and to be so committed as marriage. Come to think of it, he probably hasn't even told his woman that he has a wife. She probably thinks he is living alone and doesn't have anyone, sure he is lying to her. Both of them are liars and they deserve each other.
